Non-Exclusive Logo designs are the Logo designs we have available for sale more than once. In other words, we don't remove these Logo templates from our catalog after you've made your purchase. |

No, you can’t, since you don't get to own the copyright of it when you purchase Non-Exclusive Logo Designs. LOGOLEGO owns the copyright of Non-Exclusive Logo templates, but you are free to use the Logo Design with no limitations at all. |

I've place an order. What next?
First thing to note is that you shouldn't sit waiting for the post. All of our orders are downloadable and no physical goods are shipped to the client.
Once you've place an order for one of our Logo or stationery templates, our in-house security department checks the validity of your billing information (to prevent credit card fraud). This takes about five minutes during office hours.
Once your details are verified, you'll get an email containing either a zip attachment (for logo templates) or a download link (for stationery templates). Our download links remain active for 48 hours following dispatch of the email. If you can't download your files in that time window, we are more than happy to re-activate the download links. All you have to do is submit a request with your order number to: sales@logolego.com |

How do you deliver the files for Logo templates?
Our policy is to deliver the design files to you as quickly as possible. We send them to you in the following ways:

How long before I receive the files for logo templates?
You will receive the files for logo templates between five and ten minutes, if your order is made during office hours (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM USA Eastern Standard Time -5 GMT). If it is made out of office hours, you'll have to wait until first thing next business day to get your files (although we do process orders over the weekend). |

What do you do with fraudulent orders?
We do everything we can to help stamp out Internet fraud, no matter where, around the globe, the fraudster or victim resides. If we receive a fraudulent order, we register the IP address of the user and then follow a strict procedure, that is:
1. We notify the legitimate cardholder about the illegal use of his credit card.
2. We file a police report with the RCMP & SDQ and officially register our claim against the fraudulent user.
3. We make sure the necessary actions are taken with the credit company in question, in order to ensure that the fraudulent financial information used is discontinued and voided |

What's your refund & exchange policy for logo templates?
We clearly establish that we don't give refunds. Since we produce and sell digital files, there's no way to make a ‘physical return' of Logo templates or designs, neither for refund or exchange. However, we'll always restore a damaged file with replacement Logo templates whenever required. |

The Logo´s color, size, shape and layout can be modified. You can do it yourself if you have some basic knowldege of graphics software or, if you want, our art department can customize them for you and have them ready for print or web use with necessary formats such as Vector, EPS, Photoshop Layer, JPEG, TIFF, TGA. (To make changes yourself you will need any one of these software programs: Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, Corel Draw or Adobe Photoshop). |

All colors of our Logos can be changed to the one required for your needs. Vector based Logos can be specified with pantone colors for precise color printing. |

All of our Logos can be used for almost any type of printing: T-shirt, Signage, general printing needs such as business cards or any type of design work. The only logos that have some limitations are 3D Logos, please read below for more information on 3D photohsop format Logos. |
